In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as DTDC Delhivery, Ekart Blue Dart, and E-com Express.

Delivery Timeline: 

While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 3-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.

  • If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. Cancellation Policy

Amaanat reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post-confirmation, he/she should email us at support@amaanatonline.com stating the ORDER No.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Amaanat and the refund would be in the form of a credit voucher code or your bank account. You can email us at support@amaanatonline.com for any cancellation requests. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services. 


Discount coupon codes are not applicable on clearance Sale products. 


The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location. 

The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from the returns team. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their original payment mode. 

During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly. 

Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.

At no point in time will Amaanat issue refunds more than the value of the product.

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, you would need to raise an issue within 24 hours of delivery. After confirmation, you will be able to choose between a replacement, refund, and a credit voucher. 



Looking at returning/exchanging your product? It’s simple. You have to raise a return request within 7 days of delivery of the product. 

In case you wish to return/replace the product because of its size, color, fabric, or any other scenario in which the product was in a perfect condition, the replacement of the same will be done and in case replacement is not possible the refund will only be processed through a credit voucher.

For the process of return/replace, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. 



We offer a pick-up facility for locations which are serviceable by our logistics partners. Our logistics partner will pick up the return package in 2 - 5 business days from the date the request was placed.

If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the products to us by any reliable courier service after raising a return request. Please pack the products and ensure that it is unused and unwashed and all the tags are intact.

No Exchanges for purchases made during clearance Sale Period. 

Customers will receive a ‘Credit Voucher’ for all purchases made on Amaanat of the same value. The same can be used for further orders on our website. The validity of a ‘Credit Voucher’ will be till 6 months from the date of acquisition. 

Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items wrong product or damage product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing
